Update from ucla2025

We had our doctor’s visit yesterday. With the PSA now at .04 he wants to continue with the Orgovyx and Nubeqa and recheck PSA in three months, hoping for undetectable < .01. If this happens he said he would likely consider intermittent ADT therapy at the one year mark. Thanks to all the help I received on this forum I asked a ton of questions! In a nutshell he made it clear there is no need for any other treatments at this time. He did prescribe a course of Megestrol to see if it would reduce the hot flashes which have really been affecting my husband’s QOL. Other than reciting our entire visit (it was fairly in-depth) if anyone has any specific questions for me I am happy to respond.
