May want to consult w a endodontist. I have been treated for over a year by an ENT, turns out I have an abscessed tooth. The tooth never hurt, just a bit sensitive. But if you're a grinder it could easily be tooth related. My issue was only found by the specialized Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) done by endodontist, never showed on facial/sinus/head CT (and I have missing bone where the infection has eaten the bone).
