fallingapart, I don't have tinnitus but it sounds like you have TMJ disorder. I see chiropracters when this joint becomes misaligned. The top cervical vertebra may also be misaligned. One nice thing about chiropracters is that they aren't terribly expensive and they are usually very quick to get appointments with. The manage the best physical exams--a lost art these days. The first appointment is usually around $80, If you need a second $40.
Hearing loss can cause tinnitus. The right sided ear fullness could be from your sinuses. I always get relief from the fullness and the neck soreness and the pain in the jaw from a single adjustment.

@gently thank you! My mom sees a chiropractor and has suggested I go in general, will definitely give it a try!
