I still have sob and a heavy chest pressure. My heart checked out ok. I just saw the pulmonologist and got an pft done which checked out normal. Next is a CT scan of the chest and hopefully that will show something. I have an EGD upper endoscopy
scheduled for 4-15 and if that checks out ok I’m done chasing the answer to my problem. I’ll just live with it.

@riflemanz64 My specialist ordered a HRCT...high resolution...I think in my case it was necessary to diagnose what type of ILD it is (after auto immune and fibrotic ILD markers picked up). Sending you warm wishes for good health.
@riflemanz64 How does exercise affect your breathing? Also do you know what your typical O2 saturation is when you get it checked by doctors? Those are pretty good indications of breathing problems.
@riflemanz64 I'm sorry you're dealing the sob and chest issue. Have you had any bloodwork done? If you're O2 levels check out ok, then generally you're breathing normal, it may just be your body misinterpreting things and inducing sob. But the O2 and bloodwork may reveal more.

@riflemanz64 wishing you well and hoping you find the culprit. I am in the same boat. Doing an echocardiogram next week. Some edema showing up now so maybe it points to the heart. I don't have any chest pressure.
Hard to live with it.
