Oncology Doctor has me on Iron and B12 I also take Biotin and a Super B complex. Take Hydra 500mg x 7 daily. Along with my other medications I think the iron gives me issues but usually after breakfast but only for the first hour of the day I take the iron on an empty stomach.

Hi
Does your Dr tell you to take iron on an empty stomach ? It can be tough on the stomach.
