What vitamins to avoid when taking Hydrea (hydroxyurea) for ET JAK2?

I take Hydrea (2x500g a day) and also vitamin D, Bluberry pills for eyes and Berberine (this every second day). I would not take Biotin, for my kidneys are in insuffisance (Dfg 59).

I am interested in your Biotin comment. Why was it suggested to not take?
