I have always taken my Camzyos in the morning and other cardiovas drugs at night per the instructions of my cardiologist who was part of the clinical trials. My personal understanding is that switching is no big deal. Each capsule we take has about a 6 day half life in our bodies. So there is a lot of overlap over a couple of week period.
So, delaying one dose overnight to reset in the morning does not drastically affect the amount of the myosin inhibitor circulating in our bodies.
