I take vitamin D and K 5000
mg and folic acid 1 mg
While taking hydroxyurea 500 1 5days a week and 2 tablets Saturday and Sunday. Ok by cancer doc and I have ET also with Jak 2 mutation for the last year and one-half. I am 86 years old .

@skossaz I have ET also with Jake 2 I’ve been on hydro 500mg everyday for one year this month, I take vitamin B12 also folic acid and magnesium. I am 85 years old.
