this really is a great question
it took me quite a bit or research and phone calls ( and I am near a big city ( between DC and Baltimore)
Many will do PFM training (Kegels+) However as noted most are familiar with women ( not a super big deal) I wanted someone with experience with males and post prostectomy. I finally found someone. This woman trained out of state and ended up with some specialization with exactly what I wanted. she was very very helpful and I feel like I would not have gotten the same results with someone else.
I made tons of phone calls and asked if the person had experience with males and post protatectomy.

You could try calling some big urologists like those associated with a teaching hospital in your area. even if you are not a patient many times the urology department has a few referrals. I did this a few times and found they were very helpful ( for example GW and Georgetown dept of urology)

@edinmaryland My PT is associated with a local women's hospital. There are 5 therapists in the practice the do PFM training, but she is the only one (I think) that works with both men and women. So that might be another clue for someone looking, call PT offices at women's hospitals.
