@silentstorm Your eGFR numbers are awesome! Have you had the concerns of the swollen lymph nodes addressed with your doctor, yet? Besides the eGFR values there are other results that would be cobbled together to get a clear picture of what is going on.
eGFR can be complicated by our hydration levels, time of day a sample is taken, if you recently exercised, or medications. Even a change in the processing lab.

@gingerw yes the hematologist I have been going to thinks I'm fine and that there swollen due to an infection and has prescribed 2 antibiotics over the 1.5 years I have been going to him which didn't fix the problem of them being swollen and his nurse team was adamant that I took the other antibiotic I was prescribed recently for something else to see if that one would fix the issue which it didn't and I'll be seeing him again in august for my next appointment.
