Any suggestions on books related to cooking, recipes, foods to avoid food to eat for people with PMR? Thank you.

@mech I bought the book on your recommendation and I'm glad I did! Very informative and useful even if one is past "newly diagnosed." Thanks!

Thanks for starting this thread.
I’m vegan and already on an anti inflammatory diet but always looking for good (easy to prepare) food.

I recently went to my local county branch little library and asked to look at cookbooks. My plan was to look them over and decide which one I wanted to buy from an online website because some of them had lousy or mixed reviews.

The librarian said that they had few cookbooks and to not waste my time looking.

Then he told me to make a list of five (5) books and they would buy them to add to their collection. (Evidently this is something they do routinely.)
I had already saved in an online shopping cart six or seven PMR cookbooks so I opened it on my phone and handed it to him.

He ordered five and told me he’d call me when they come in.

So, try a library before you go spend money. Know what you are buying and that you’ll be happy with your purchase.
