The Certified Medical Examiner (CME) will evaluate whether your medication and the condition it treats (e.g., depression, anxiety) allow for safe operation of a CMV. They may require a letter from your treating physician stating the medication does not impair your ability to drive.

I’ve been driving on it for eight years never noticed it being a factor.

@jeffmarc Thanks — that's the way it works in Canada for flying. In the U.S., unfortunately, the FAA has a fixed list of banned meds for pilots. Firmagon is on it, and I assume the other ADT meds are as well.
