@colleenyoung I was able to find mine by first doing an internet search and then calling the PT offices. Have my initial appointment next week. She has been specializing in PFM therapy (both men and women) for 10 years. No personal references but am hopeful she will help me.

I know it's off topic, but for the life of me I cannot understand why my Mayo doctor would tell me to do Kegels but would not write an order for PFM training, makes no sense. Not so important, since my PCP wrote any order, but just trying to understand the reasoning besides "that's what the doctor said".

Usually will be a female PT as the exercises are very similar for both genders. Most PT clinics will have a PF specialist. Hubs was a tad embarrassed but it helped him almost immediately so he quickly got past that.
