Polycythemia vera (Jak negative): What to do when ferritin low?

I am 59 yrs old male with jak neg polycythemia vera managing with only phlebotomy every 4 to 5 months in last 5 yrs now ferritin has decreased to 11 kindly advise

@sunilsr1967, have you been able to talk to your hematologist about next steps? How are you doing?

low ferritin and phlebotomies. My pharmacist noted that aspirin also lowers ferritin. I am trying 3x a week
Monday Wed and Thursday instead of daily baby aspirin. I actually feel better but will see,
