@daisy17 for both of my thoracic spine fractures at t7 and t8 were the same. For the first 8-12 weeks I wore a back brace with 3 metal rods on the back of it to prevent me from bending forward. I wore it from the time I woke up until I was ready for bed. I then started physical therapy twice a week after orthopedic surgeon said that the fracture was healed. I just had my forecast infusion on 2/12. Daily I take 600 mg of calcium and 2000 IU of vitamin D, I drink 1 full glass of milk, 1 full glass of orange juice with vitamin D and calcium in it, I eat 1 Greek yogurt. Rheumatologist wanted 1200 mg of calcium daily 600 from pill and 600 from eating and drinking. That more than covers me daily..

@jimmy05 Thank you. What is a "forecast infusion"? It sounds like you are doing okay now, hopefully.

@jimmy05 Sorry you are experiencing these troubles. Quick note on supplements. You may want to include Vitamin K2(M-7), which directs the calcium to the bones rather than having it go straight to the bloodstream. There’s been a lot of discussions about supplements here. Good luck.
