This is wonderful news that Lamictal is keeping you seizure-free!
As far as I know, Lamictal does not cause apraxia of speech. but can cause aphasia/dysphasia. Some people report word-finding difficulties, stuttering, or needing to slow down their speech.
Have you talked with your doctor about the speech difficulties you're experiencing? Also, are you taking any other medications alongside Lamictal?
