@jeannesf1 After 40 years, I’ve found the SciFit recumbent stepper works for me. I use it at the lowest level and have worked up to 30 minutes. No pressure on joints and I’m not dealing with the usual post-exertion malaise, flu-like muscle pain. My YMCA has 3 such machines, our Senior Center has two, and the PT folks also have one. Watch it in use online. Search SciFit recumbent stepper. I think NuStep makes one, too.

@jakefix82 thank you so much. I had not heard of these before. But haven’t been to the gym although I have access to a gym because I went once and had a bad flare up. But I’m going to look for these. I really appreciate it.
