@jbmcelro hi, I have a pinched nerve as well. What has helped you? I have had 3 injections , PT, and nothing has helped so far.

@cpal have you tried acupuncture? It is not a one time appointment, I’ve used acupuncture for the past 3 yrs and the improvement from surgery scar tissue & nerves being cut is amazing. It works w/ a good Dr of acupuncture. Like I said- it’s not an overnight cure. Blessings
