Pain in the butt - Can't sit down

I have diagnosed pudendal neuralgia and it takes weeks to months to be referred to next doctor. I’ve done nerve blocks and am on Duloxetine. Takes edge off. Sitting for longer periods is difficult. I would like a Vicodin a day but those days are long gone. Gummies help a little if you buy ones with a good amount of CBD.

I have had this monster and sat on a donut for 14 years. The only thing that worked was an anti-seizure medicine, Topamax that I was taking off-label for a daily persistent headache. I took it for 2 weeks and my butt was relieved. It did not help my headache which I still have 6-1/2 years later. My pelvic therapist mentioned a year later that she had heard of this. Worth a try.
