@ndough Your comment demonstrates how very different we all are, and how varied are our food triggers. For me, green beans are the one very safe vegetable I can eat. Others are also safe, like potatoes, squash, well-cooked carrots. My biggest food problems are beans like kidney, garbanzo, pinto beans, etc., tomatoes, and raw vegetables. I can eat broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables in relatively small quantities and they have to be well-cooked. It's trial and error for all of us.

@ndough I guess I was just thinking, what goes in the stomach ends in the intestinal tract. I can eat green beans and snap beans.
