I am afraid that I am being made to suffer for complaining about being ripped off by a previous dentist , ( they all talk to each other , like drs do ).

@tisme I sincerely doubt they are talking about you. They just don't have time for that. My daughter had the same dental disaster as you. She could not open her mouth all the way and could not eat properly either. It took a long time to recover from this too. She stopped going to the dentist completely ! Her mouth muscles just needed to heal. Maybe put your dental stuff on hold for a while. Then go to a new dentist who has very good ratings on line. I use Yelp a lot for this.
