Continuation of eye injections after bleeding stops?

I was born with glaucoma in my right eye. It has always been about half as effective as a 20/20 eye. for 56 years I have relied on my left eye, which is 20/20. A week before last Thanksgiving, I woke up for work and realized I could not read the alarm clock. I immediately showered and got dressed with blurry vision and rushed to the retina specialist where I received an injection in my left eye. Yesterday I received my 4th injection and my doctor said he wanted to wait 6 weeks for the next injection instead of the 4 weeks each for the previous 4. He said to be sure to come in if there are any changes. I am gravely concerned because the blood trapped in my eye has yet to completely dissipate and I do not want to rewind 3 months of progress to start over if there is another hemorrhage. This seems rushed to me. There has been no discussion and I don't understand what the rush is.

Maybe you can get a second opinion. It will make you feel better.
