@beachflyer My PSA when diagnosed had gone from under 4 to 7.1. I think the Free PSA test is what my Urologist used to get approval for the biopsy. I thought when I got the negative MRI that I was in the clear....but no such luck!

Feeling almost 100% back to normal. I pray things remain this way and my PSA stays low.

@capatov Do you remember if they did IMRT-SIB wherein the hit the seminal vessels at the same time? That is what I was offered due to my negative MRI, low PSA, Gleason 7 (favorable). They were concerned that without good scans the PC could have traveled. I was also offered SBRT, but they also wanted to hit the prostate bed. The low PSA expression also added some issue in tracking for BCR while PSA fell to NADIR so in the end, the consensus was "getting to PSA zero" through RP. Good news is no incontinence, but partial ED still at 16 months. Excellent news on your part about the lack of side effects and PSA numbers !

@capatov just curious what your Free Psa % is and was your Total PSA at the time of the MRI 7.3?
