I have BMS following a root canal. It's been two years and have been to every specialist you can imagine. I am going to ask my doctor about a B12 shot and if we can try it.

@linda1976 I had BMS after my dentist hit a nerve in my mouth. I had it 2-3 times during the course of a year whenever I had a teeth cleaning using a polisher which I haven’t requested since. I found that l-lysine tablets and swishing with coconut oil helped. I also avoid spicy food to this day. I can feel it slightly every now and then and believe it is nerve related. I also have SFN.
