Check out the documents compiled by the user who goes by LDNadminFB on Reddit. He has been in several LDN support groups and has compiled lots of info in different ways to start and to titrate LDN. Each body is different and can require a different approach to finding and maintaining the correct dose for you. Here is his webpage on reddit:
