@stallen mine was autoimmune
My sed rate, CRP , complement C3 was elevated, speckled Ana positive and my ESR was high my IGA low. That’s shows autoimmune. I did not test positive for everything until last year. The mixed connnective tissue disease, lupus, Hashimotos and Sojourns. My labs showed autoimmune since 2002 when I had MRSA Bacterial Spinal Meningitis but as far as what autoimmune it took until 2025. It has been very frustrating walk to wait so long to test positive. What started it is my oldest son made me take pictures of my face because I had the lupus rash. Then I tested positive. I showed the rheumatologist and he started me on IVIG.

@artemis1886
I’ve had several nerve conduction tests, 2 full blood panels showing no autoimmune and several mri’s….no specific answers .
Have pre diabetes, high BP etc…so maybe that’s it but hard to narrow down. I do have autonomic involvement
Best wishes
