G'morning Helene,
no I have not had a sleep test, its very expensive here in Australia to have sleep test, you need private insurance, which cost an arm an da leg, although I was told that I could have sleep apnea, as I was waking up every two hours to go to the bathroom, and that was the way my brain was sending out the alarm that I had stopped breathing, I went on a diet to lose weight and have kept it off now for over two years cutting out processed foods mostly, low sugar low carbs. I do wear a strip at night time on my nose to open up the airways which helps, I sleep very well now perhaps only waking once to use the bathroom other wise I sleep for at least 7 or 8 hours.
The thump thump thump in my head along with the Buzzing feels like my Brain will explode.

I have lots of what I would say small problems as I age, Neuropathy Arthritis Osteoporosis, High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol, taking Statins and Blood pressure medication.
