Body vibrations when falling asleep or waking?

Y’all these vibrations, shaking, etc are still a mystery. They appear to be a chronic condition. I wonder if it could be a symptom of heart palpitations? My cardiologist just ignores my symptoms. Anyone anywhere.., can you enlighten me?

@dbamos1945 have you had a sleep test? I had similar symptoms and had a sleep test that revealed moderate to severe sleep apnea.
