@blowerk1216 My B12 was 1500 when last tested. I have MTHFR methyl B absorption issues.
Your body rids itself of extra B12 your body doesn't use when you pee. I have to give myself a B12 injection every week because if I don't, I have neuropathy in my arms, hands, legs and feet. The doctor told me that only 1% of his patients have this.

In other words, the B12 may be high, but due to the MTHFR, my body is not absorbing the B12 like it should.
