I've been dealing with neuropathy for over a decade now, and the title of this thread made me stop and take a look at my situation. I started building model cars again for the first time since 1980 last June, and it made me realize that I'm having issues with my hands as well. Sometimes when I'm trying to glue together some smaller pieces I have a hard time keeping my hands still.
Occasionally they'll shake so hard that even the simplest things are nearly impossible for me to do. I also have a habit of dropping things, especially small items or parts, and my fingers are numb a lot of the time. At first I thought it might be because of a carpal tunnel procedure on my right hand that failed. My thumb and index finger were still numb months after the surgery, and a second procedure on that hand didn't fix anything, so they've been numb for well over a decade now. But the fingers on both hands are numb most of the time.
Is it because of the neuropathy, I don't know.
