I also had every side effect in the book plus severe body sweating for 24 hours a day and constant migraine headaches. Six months after taking 4 months of Lupron plus 44 radiation treatments, the side effects began to subside, and my testosterone increased from about 8 to 122. PSA is still unmeasurable 6 months after treatment. I was diagnosed as 4 + 4 with some spread to the semen duct. I am 83 years old and have no libido or erections.

@rlpostrp Sorry you are going through this. What I have figured out is that there are some sling procedures aimed at climacturia. This is an option unless you have SRT. If ED persists snd you are looking at an implant, there is something called a mini-jupette that is incorporated in the implant. I believe it shuts the uretha while the implant is inflated.
