Swimwear after transplant

I have just transplanted and I’m now wondering what women wear for swimming, knowing I need sun protection.

I live in AZ, do an hour if aqua aerobics regularly in the pool and do not sun bathe. I wear a rash guard, a baseball cap, and SPF lotion for sun protection.

I was told no pool ever but am in a condo community. Good Luck !
