@laura1961 - I still have 5 more Evenity injections to go, so I can't start Strontium Citrate until then. I have not had what they call adverse reactions to Evenity, but I have had many of the side effects. I just don't like that a drug can do so much to my body. And I certainly don't want to introduce another harsh drug into my body to maintain gains.

I plan to wait a month after my last injection and then start SC. I'm also having my hormones reevaluated in light of bone integrity. Both SC and HRT seem like more natural approaches to addressing osteoporosis.

I'll get a REMS scan after approx 6-mo to determine if I'm on the right path or not.

Did you check out inspire.com to read about the success stories for SC?

@singingbones Thank you so much for that link I have joined the site & will do some researching into Strontium on that site when I get some time over the next week. I hope this all works for you. It is hard when you keep refusing the drugs the Drs recommend for various illness's like we have to do. We then have to try to work these things out for ourselves.
