@neisie13 You mention the unblocked side in order to sleep. I have a similar problem and have discovered that my left nasal passage slightly collapses when I lay on my right side. You can test this theory for yourself by laying on your side that blocks the airflow and just pull the side of the blocked nostril away from your face to open the airflow and see if it helps. If it does, there are silicone nasal vent dilators on Amazon that are inexpensive and work well.

@jtpalmbay2023 Thank you for responding. I do have the silicone nasal dilator from Amazon and it does help. It's not perfect but it's definitely better with it. I used to be addicted to nose spray at night because of this but my ENT worked with me and put me on a steroid so I could wean off of it. During the day I still feel like the one nostril is not as clear as the other but I sometimes use the NeilMed SinuInhaler and that helps for a while. Thanks again!!!
