Anyone w/sarcoids have chronic coughing issues?

I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with this. My Mom had sarcoidosis of the lungs which caused her to be asthmatic. I think any inflammatory process in the lungs can cause a cough. Do you have a good pulmonologist and rheumatologist?

Thanks for your Dr. recommendations. I’ve recently moved from KY to TX and am looking for new doctors. Have MS, strokes, sarcoids and old age so have always have to deal with whichever is causing most problems in the moment. Thanks for your direction for specialists.

My sister did. She had sarcoidosis in many areas, including in her lungs. She was always coughing and had trouble breathing.

@westwoman3698 I don't know where in Texas you are, but Dr. Jose Roldan with Arthritis Associates in San Antonio is excellent.

@fairn I’m in Katy, just west of Houston. Thank you for your Dr. suggestion. Best wishes.

My mother got excellent care for sarcoidosis at MD Anderson in Houston, FYI.
