Have you reached out to a SLP - Speech language pathologist. They can work with you to improve your swallowing. I profusely do mouth exercises daily and profusely keep mouth rinsed and cleaned. I had tongue flap dissection and full neck ressection. I wear a gtube for two years. I hope something will work for you.
