@peterose I take 2 times a day. First one in the am this brings water into your still. Make sure your drinking 1/2 your body weight in water. If 2 times does not work try 3. Drs at Mayo said take as much as I need. Don’t do to close to bed time because you will be up at night going to the bathroom found out the hard way
