@nycmusic That does not seem to be true. I am on BHRT and I use the estradiol patch, micronized progesterone pill, and compounded testosterone (because there is no FDA approved version for women). Bioidentical just means that it's the same chemical structure as what we make naturally. Be aware that the major risks associated with HRT are with specific versions, like oral estriol, not estradiol patches.
