And sorry that many prescribe a slow-acting anti-depressant like the ones you mentioned thinking they are going to help at all short-term, or even long-term depending on your suffering. Doctors I feel are spooked at prescribing the likes of Xanax and similar, even short-term. I think being pressured by know-nothing politicians and self-seeming “give-me-a-cause” crusaders nipping at their pants legs.
