Sorry for the late reply as I wasn’t notified of a reply? The mouth issues do sound like oral lichen planus however I never had the same feeling when eating hard to digest foods. When eating those hard to digest meals, do you have any GI issues now that you’ve stopped the PPI’s?

@duncan78 the sensation is only the mouthfeel. When I took PPI’s for 3 months, all my symptoms were much worse which is why I stopped them and went to the alkaline foods. I don’t eat after 4:30pm. I do still have chronic stress with my Mom situation, improved but still there.
