You can do what I do. Travel to London and go to Boots pharmacy. Buy Hycosan Shield eye drops over the counter for approximately $20. It’s the same as Miebo. If not UK, then go to any EU Country buy either Evo Tears or Nova Tears. All are 100% Perfluorohexyloctane, and all over the counter. The round trip will be nice for you and still be less than your R/X here in U.S. Coming back in Our Country, put bottles in checked luggage, spread bottles our among your clothing.

@maldridge51 I bought 11 bottles of Hylo Lipid in France for under 12 Euros each. They are exactly the same as Meibo. I had to go to multiple pharmacies to get them, but it made the trip more fun seeing how their pharmacy system works.

I've also used Xdemvy, which is incredible. If you have MGD, you may also have Demodex mites (everyone over 70 yo does). Ask you opthalmologist if you have collerates (crusty stuff on your lashes). If you do, have them prescribe Xdemvy. It worked so well for me I bought stock in the company.
