@texgrand6 My gastro doc put Aloe (in any form) on my list of things to avoid (at least for a year and a half, as my gut heals) as she claims it could have a negative impact on the microbiome. Is it the aloe itself or could it be something that has known glyphosate exposure - I don’t know. Just wanted to share the info because I was surprised to find it on my “avoid” list.
