Late to the party but I have had 5 iron infusions, basically every month since August 2025. I will say I feel great after them, no side effects. 3 weeks in... I can feel them wearing off. I get tired and weak all over again. After the 5th infusion I tested just into the green test wise... so the dr will not do anymore. I feel I need more but they referred me to Mayo and now we'll see what's next. It's been a month overdue and i also have reduced blow flow to my hands/feet (one foot turn purpleish) and extreme fatigue. I hope they figure out what's going on.
