dont know if it is since I came off plaquenil or what but suddenly I am hungry all the time even after eating, its driving me crazy having battled to lose 30kg a couple of years ago and keep it off tillnow.

Well plaquenil does have this side effect while taking it says literature maybe you’re experiencing this due to your illness? Your initial question is not very clear though?
