Handling the pain

Posted by kimmie1965 @kimmie1965, 1 day ago

Hi there, I’m new to this group. I recently received a diagnosis of fibromuscular dysplasia, and the daily pain has become increasingly unbearable. I’m seeking advice on how to manage this condition without resorting to addictive pain medications, pills, or naproxen, which could potentially harm my kidneys.

You need to get a great Doctor Who will work with you and who listens.. Therapy or tai chi body movement gently will help.
As for medication’s, you will have to work with your doctor to find out what works best.
Do a daily diary as to pain level and it wouldn’t hurt to check your blood pressure. When people are in a lot of pain, their blood pressure goes up. That’s the reason why I think it’ll be a good idea for you to do a daily blood pressure.
I wish you the very best
