Your original post in this discussion is pretty old at this point so I'm not confident you will see my comment. However, if you do, I wanted to see how you made out with your visit to the Mayo Clinic? The symptoms you described track extremely closely with what I've been going through for the last 2 years now. I've had no luck yet getting a clear diagnosis after many doctor visits (including Neurologists, ENT's, etc.) I have an appointment coming up myself at Mayo in a couple of months and I was curious if they were able to help you at all?
