Needing a meal replacement drink. Having a hard to keep weight on
I’m 6.5 years cancer free from an esophegectomy at Mayo Clinic, but I’m having a difficult time keeping my weight on (114lbs). I am an active person, eat when Im hungry, but not getting in enough calories. Im needing some suggestion's for a meal replacement protein drink or powder that is low sugar, high in calories and good quality. I would appreciate and welcome any and all suggestions.

I keep hearing people talk about keeping your diet low sugar. When I was having issues getting my weight back up luckily I had an oncologist that said eat whatever you can tolerate. In the beginning my diet consisted mainly with carnation instant breakfast with whole milk and ice cream, body armor drinks and food that could be mashed while providing protein and potassium (baked beans, chili, minestrone soup)
Hope this helps

I do eat everything can tolerate just not often enough and I’m busy like a beaver, especially working in my yard in the summer or on the golf course. I was just thinking downing a. High protein drink I could tolerate would assist me with calories.
Thanks for your suggestion.
We were able to find Protein2o on Amazon. It has 20 grams of protein and is clear liquid. There is also ice cream and yogurt. We bought an emulsifier and use it for solids like small pieces of meat and veggies and then pour it over mashed potatoes. Hope this helps.

My wife makes me milkshakes every night and adds honey protein powder and whatever else she wants as long as it tastes like chocolate. I have a hard time being hungry so this helps with weight loss.
