I have had the bands for 5 weeks and I am trying to reduce my medication. I have suffered from RLS for over 50 years. Yes the bands have been nearly 100% rls symptom stopping. Now the dilemma….how to get the sticky pads. Does any have a phone contact for the Indra company?

Hi kamishler! Everyone's situation is unique but I don't think in my case that I can stop my medication--although Nidra bands have been very, very helpful. I started out hoping to also reduce medication (dreaming of eliminating it). Realistically, I think the Nidra experience has made my medication more effective. When I got my bands I was given a contact person in case I had any questions. I ordered monthly bands (paid for by my insurance) through her (Danielle in MN). After she dropped me (as successfully using the Nidra and no longer needing her weekly emails) I was given an reorder-email address. Every time I reorder through the email they want to know if my address is unchanged and if my insurance is the same. Simple as telling them those two things and that I need new bands. Since you didn't seem to get the same level of support, I think you ought to call 866-327-3757 the number of Noctrix Company (located in California). Once you get it rolling, reordering and receiving pads via UPS is a breeze. The best to you! Let us know how the decreasing medication works for you. May all your nights be symptom free!
