I am also continuing to lose weight. Not sure why. I eat more but don't know where it goes. Also have loose bowels. It has been almost 4 months since whipple.

Losing weight after Whipple surgery is common, I’ve lost 30 lbs over eight months while on my chemo/radiation protocol. My weight is now stable after completing treatment. Please ask your physician about protein supplements like Ensure or GLYCERNA. You may need to take an enzyme supplement like Creon to help get the most nutrients from the food you’re eating. I’m not a medical professional, but this has been part of my oncologist’s plan for me. Good luck!

Me too. I’m taking 16 capsules a day. I’m wondering whether I need to take it the rest of my life
