Anyone used a foot massager for PN of the feet
I have been searching Facebook for information on foot massagers for my feet and I was amazed at how many there are and they sound really good. Unfortunately the first one I ordered from the US has turned out to be a scam and it looks like I’ve lost my money. However I’ve not given up but I was wondering if anyone has used them and did they work. I’m talking about the ones that wrap around your ankles and massage and heat and improve circulation. I’m hoping that someone has tried them, I don’t want to waste anymore money

Lots of comments and discussions here on Connect about foot massagers and neuropathy - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/. I tried a couple of them but my feet were too big and it didn't help with my numbness.
I bought a Brad and Bob Foot Massager on Amazon because I like their PT You Tube channel and the machine has good reviews. Unfortunately, it did nothing to help my neuropathy so I donated to the thrift store.

1 ReactionI gave mine to my daughter who loves it but she doesn't have neuropathy. It was too small for my feet even though it said it would work for up to men's size 13 and that's what I wear.

1 ReactionAny success with Foot Renew Massager from rejuvacare Dr James Barkley?
Advertised for $39.95. Of course 60% off! Is this a scam?
Hello @maryaw, Welcome to Connect. I don't think it's cure but it may make your feet feel a little better at least for a little while. It's cheaper than the one I bought from the Internet famous Bob and Brad physical therapist store and while I like it, it's a little to small for my feet so I gave it to my daughter - https://www.amazon.com/BOB-BRAD-Massager-Fasciitis-Neuropathy/dp/B09PY9RZDV.
Do you have pain with your neuropathy?
Yes ,a lot of pain. Feels like my feet may explode and like they are blocks of wood

1 ReactionThe discussions that accompany the ads for the various electronic foot massagers on the market are very convincing (as are all of the other ads for PN devices and cures). I purchased one about a year ago and gave it a try. It did provide electronic "jolts" thru my feet and lower legs and felt good at the time, but had no immediate or lasting impact or cure. It finally died after about 9 months and currently lies in a landfill somewhere (along with many others).

1 Reaction@maryaw - There are quite a few discussions found searching on "neuropathy foot pain what helps" if you want to scan through them to see if there might be some suggestions to try - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/discussions/.
I have used this massager for several years. It has provided some relief. It also allows me to still trim my own toe nails at 75.
